A massage of the most common areas of muscular tension in the body. Using my experience in a variety of massage techniques this treatment can either be soothing and relaxing or a deeper more bespoke massage to work on those tension areas.

Aromatherapy
This is a wonderfully relaxing and indulgent massage. I will use my skills to select a suitable blend of Essential Oils distilled from flowers, trees and herbs. The Essential oils are then blended into a warmed base oil, commonly sweet almond or grapeseed oil before being massaged onto the body. Essential oils have a profound effect on the body, both emotionally and physically.
